Our aim is to provide a space for hire primarily for the benefit the residents of and visitors to Elie, Earlsferry & Kilconquhar supporting cultural, educational, historical and health activities

The hall is available to rent by the hour, half or full day. It seats 28 over 6 tables or 36 standing.
There is a domestic kitchen and single toilet.
Please note that there are no baby changing facilities and the narrow door may restrict mobility access.

Our history
Formerly a church property the hall has been transformed by Amber Yard Interiors into a luxury intimate venue.
The sphere symbol used in our logo is inspired by the Category C listed water pump which marks the entrance to the village green.

Village Events - Hourly/Daily
Events considered to qualify for this subsidised rate may or may not be hosted by a village resident however the primary outcome MUST be open to village residents and supports their health, education, history and culture. E.g. Art class, book club, crafting session, yoga & pilates class.

Commercial Events - Hourly/Daily
Events considered to qualify for this rate may or may not be hired by a village resident however the event will have a purely commercial return and does not necessarily involve residents. E.g. a brand launch, book signing, furniture sale, corporate event

Private Resident Events - Daily
Private resident events: To be considered to qualify for this rate the event is only open to residents and homeowners in the village of Elie, Earlsferry, Kilconquhar only who must be the primary beneficiary of the event. Example - a family celebration . Such events in the hall be limited to no more than 2 per month. We recommend the Ship Inn and Earslferry Town Hall as other function offerings in the village. The Rate is for 8 consecutive hours same date hire

Toll Green Hall is not registered for VAT. Hire rates may be adjusted without notice however will be honoured at the advertised rate at the time the booking was accepted. Please see full T&C for eligibility.
